To report an adverse event or complaint contact farmacovigilancia@pharmex.es or call: +34 682 898 241 including, in addition to full details of the adverse reaction, the following information:

– Patient details: Age, sex and country of occurrence.

– Details of the reporting person: Name, address, telephone/email, profession and date.

By sending your notification to farmacovigilancia@pharmex.es you expressly agree that your data will be the responsibility of Pharmex. Your data will be used to analyze your case, follow up, notify the health authorities, and resolve your query. Your data will remain in Pharmex files until the resolution of the case and/or consultation.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability.
